I’m Eliza, a Los Angeles-based personal trainer with years of experience working with women both in-person and online. My approach to training is holistic—I believe fitness is more than just how you look; it’s about how you feel, how you move, and how connected you are to your body.

Before launching my own business, I was a top-performing trainer at Equinox, where I had the privilege of coaching hundreds of women toward their strength and wellness goals. That experience shaped my mission: to create a supportive and empowering space where women feel seen, strong, and capable—whether we’re training in the gym or over FaceTime.

My programs combine strength training, mobility, mindset work, and nutrition coaching to support your goals inside and outside the gym. I help you build sustainable habits that work for your lifestyle—not just quick fixes.

In-person training is a fully immersive, hands-on experience where I guide you through every rep, cue your form, and push you in real time. We train together at my private gym space in Los Angeles, with a program tailored specifically to your goals, body, and energy that day. You'll get immediate feedback, motivation, and the kind of one-on-one attention that helps you build confidence, strength, and momentum. It’s more than just a workout—it’s a safe space to show up for yourself and feel supported every step of the way.

Virtual training brings the same level of personalization and accountability as in-person sessions, but with the convenience of training from anywhere. Whether you’re at home, in your apartment gym, or traveling, we hop on FaceTime and I coach you live—demonstrating movements, correcting your form, and keeping you motivated in real time. It’s perfect for busy schedules or clients outside of Los Angeles who still want a high-touch, customized experience. All you need is your phone and a little space—I’ll take care of the rest together.

After a thorough assessment and goal-setting session, I’ll build a personalized program tailored to your schedule, equipment, and fitness level. Each plan includes video demos, progress tracking, and check-ins to keep you accountable and on track. You’re not doing it alone—you’ve got me in your corner every step of the way.
